Step 1: Install the JustHe!p ServiceNow App
Use the ServiceNow Store to install the Certified JustHe!p App on one or more of your ServiceNow instances.
Step 2: Install the JustHe!p Agent
Install and configure the JustHe!p agent on one or more of your Windows or macOS machines. Please refer to our getting started guide for instructions to configure the JustHe!p agent.
